# Installation

Requirements and items for ALT0 Networks.

## Requirements

| Resource                                          | Notes                                                                                           |
| ------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| [ox\_lib](https://github.com/overextended/ox_lib) | Required                                                                                        |
| An inventory | For the items. ox\_inventory, qs-inventory, qb-inventory, or the QBCore / ESX player inventory. |

No framework is needed: it runs on Qbox, QBCore, ESX or standalone.

## 1. Add the resource

```cfg
ensure ox_lib
ensure ox_inventory
ensure alt0-networks
ensure alt0-boosting   # optional, after networks
```

## 2. Items

Add the five items to your inventory. For ox\_inventory, in `ox_inventory/data/items.lua`:

```lua
['signal_amplifier'] = { label = 'Signal Amplifier',    weight = 400, stack = true, close = true, description = 'Turns a nearby network into a mobile hotspot' },
['signal_booster']   = { label = 'Signal Booster',      weight = 300, stack = true, close = true, description = 'Extends a network\'s range for a while' },
['jammer']           = { label = 'Signal Jammer',       weight = 300, stack = true, close = true, description = 'Cuts a network\'s range for a while' },
['sniffer']          = { label = 'Network Sniffer',     weight = 200, stack = true, close = true, description = 'Reveals more about nearby networks' },
['signal_jacker']    = { label = 'SignalJacker Device', weight = 300, stack = true, close = true, description = 'Needed to hack into secured networks' },
```

For qb-inventory, add them to `qb-core/shared/items.lua` in the same way. For ESX, add them to the `items` table in your database.

If you also run ALT0 Boosting, `signal_jacker` is the same item its tablet uses for Wi-Fi hacking.
