# Installing a script

Download your purchase and set up what every ALT0 script needs.

## 1. Download

When you buy on [alt0scripts.com](https://www.alt0scripts.com), you sign in with your Cfx.re account at checkout. The scripts are added to that account.

1. Sign in to [portal.cfx.re](https://portal.cfx.re) with the same account.
2. Open **Assets → Granted Assets**.
3. Download each script in your package. For example, ALT0 MDT comes with `alt0-mdt` and `alt0-dispatch`.

## 2. Use a license key from the same account

Your server's license key (`sv_licenseKey` in `server.cfg`) must belong to the Cfx.re account that bought the script. Create it on that account under **portal.cfx.re → Servers**.

If the server console says `You lack the required entitlement`, the key comes from a different account.

## 3. Shared requirements

Most ALT0 scripts use the same base resources. Install them first and start them before any ALT0 script:

Each script's installation page lists exactly what it needs, plus its database file and items.

## 4. Start order

Put each script folder in your `resources` and add it to `server.cfg` after its requirements:

Only add the ones you own. Keep the folder names as they are.
