# Getting help

Where to ask for help and what to bring.

## Discord

Join [our Discord](https://discord.gg/6fJwccaJqW) and open a ticket in **#get-support**. Choose **Script help**, **Purchase or license**, **Bug report** or **Something else**. A private channel opens that only you and our staff can see.

Link your purchase in **#verify-purchase** first: you get the Customer role and access to **#customer-chat**. You need the transaction ID from your Tebex receipt email. It starts with `tbx-`.

## What to include

* The script and its version (the server console prints it on start).
* Your framework and inventory, for example "Qbox with ox\_inventory".
* Errors from the server console, and from F8 for client problems.
* What you did, what you expected and what happened.

## Before you open a ticket

| Problem                             | Check                                                                                                                                                   |
| ----------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `You lack the required entitlement` | The server's license key must come from the Cfx.re account that bought the script. See [Installing a script](/alt0-docs/getting-started/installing.md). |
| The script doesn't start            | Its requirements must be started first. See the script's installation page.                                                                             |
| An item does nothing                | The item is missing from your inventory's item list, or its definition differs from the installation page.                                              |
| Settings are lost after an update   | Restore your config files after replacing the folder. See [Updating](/alt0-docs/getting-started/updating.md).                                           |
